(Makes 6 mason jars)
Ingredients
3 cups Rolled Oats
3 TBSP Chia Seeds
2 cups Water
6 heaped TBSP Plain Yogurt
1.5 TBSP Raw Honey
1.5 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix well. Divide into 6 mason jars and refrigerate overnight. Add fruit of your choice before serving. Can keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
